From Alberta: South East Athletic Club (SEAC), Airdrie, Leduc, PAC Saints, Lethbridge, Okotoks and Northern Alberta Extreme

From British Columbia: West Vancouver Academy, Delta Academy, St Georges School and Cariboo

From Manitoba: Pilot Mound Academy

From Saskatchewan: Martinsville, Prairie Academy, Humbolt and Prairie Storm
