Application Guidelines
Your tournament application along with your Entry Fee of $3,000.00 CDN:
- A cheque or etransfer for $1,500.00 CDN (non-refundable if your team is selected).
- A post-dated cheque or etransfer dated October 15, 2024 in the amount of $1,500.00 CDN.
- Full payment must be received prior to receiving final acceptance.
Applications will be accepted no later than October 7, 2024. All applicant teams will be notified on October 15, 2024 if they have been successfully selected to participate in the 2024 Tournament.
Upon acceptance, a Team Roster Sheet will be sent to you via email and should be returned to us no later than November 1, 2024, in order for us to complete our tournament program. If revisions are required after your team roster sheet is submitted, please submit changes to dennislanski@hotmail.com up until November 1, 2024.
